Slots are generated from the provider’s working hours minus their existing bookings and time off. If you can see it, you can book it.

Checkout runs on Stripe. Your card details never touch Bookora, and your booking is confirmed the moment payment succeeds.

- How does booking on Bookora work?
- Search by service and location, compare providers on rating, price and real availability, pick a time slot from the provider’s live calendar, and pay securely through Stripe. The booking is confirmed the moment payment succeeds.
- Is the availability shown on Bookora real?
- Yes. Time slots are generated from each provider’s working hours minus their existing bookings and any time off, so a slot you can see is a slot you can book. The database also prevents two customers from taking the same slot.
- Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
- You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment, straight from your dashboard. Refunds are processed automatically.
- How much does Bookora cost the customer?
- Nothing extra. You pay the price shown on the provider's listing. Bookora takes a 10% commission out of the provider's payout, never on top of your price.
- Are the reviews on Bookora genuine?
- Only a customer with a completed booking can leave a review, and the rule is enforced in the database rather than only in the interface.
